Amazing Race China 4: Zhuhai & Macau, China

According to the sponsors (Chimelong, the amusement park that the teams are racing in, and the ones who gave the dolls as the treasure) and the producers for this leg, Roadblock and Detour are outdated, and now Face Off is the fashion in the Amazing Race franchise right now.

Amazing Race China Season 4: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam

From what I heard, Vietnam is currently a hotspot for the Amazing Race franchise, as in 2 years Vietnam has been a racing leg for the versions of US (29), Canada (4), Asia (5) and Vietnam itself, which has an All Star Season in 2016

P.S: I’ve been to the place they are racing in this year, and it has given me quite an impression. The food is nice (you should especially eat the banh mi, the baguette sandwich), some parts of the traffic in the city are awful, and despite the language being written in the Latin system, I couldn’t understand a word of the Vietnamese.

Amazing Race China Season 4: Singapore

Sadly, it seems to with the full leg course being revealed, the teams are now travelling the remainder of the season in Asia, a far cry from the Olympic destinations in Season 3 and the 4 continent race in season 2. It’s no use crying over spilled milk after all

Video link here.

Warning: Vote U-Turn ahead, and everybody (Note: Team Mrs Robinson) in the hotel is trying to ally with everyone in order to avoid doing 2 tasks, cumulating in all the teams meeting each other after a round of negotiations.

I’m Bored: Discussion About Days by Yasuda Tsuyoshi (2013)

(Serialized by Weekly Shonen Magazine. Currently scantalated by Matanuki Scans)

Being a 2010s manga reader (reading manga digitally and not having the guts to read One Piece) is not even a factor at why this becomes one of the manga that I prioritize reading in manga sites every week. Despite the fact that.

i. For a sports manga, it is utterly overshadowed by everything else (by Hinomaru Zumou, Welcome to the Ballroom and Shokugeki no Soma before the writer squandered it after Azami came).

ii. By scantalation standards, it is very late for a 2010s manga. Right now, it is at least 2 years behind the current chapter (which is as of this writing, around Chapter 210), and for the Chinese scans (which I read ACMA Game & Real Account with), it somehow stopped at 11 chapters.

iii. I don’t even like soccer.

Still, this is one of the manga that I am willing to read again, and I think that it is something that I would like to share.

P.S: Speaking of Ballroom, I am not impressed with the anime adaptation of Ballroom especially after Episode 9 come out, I want to see an uninterrupted choreograph for a minute, not a monologue fest that spans for 20 minutes (I could just read it from the manga) and a changing ED that people could hardly care about on YouTube.

Spoilers Abound as I mention things that interest me on the fly.
